"Empires May Crumble But A Legacy Never Dies"

About Us

Mission Statement: To familiarize our listeners with the colorful and diverse music of multicultural talent all over the world.

Our goal is to expand our listener’s taste for music. We want them to sample various genres of music through the songs of artists from different ethnicities. The uniqueness of our mixing pot of artists will tend to the cravings of listeners all across the globe. On the other hand, it will allow international and national artists the proper representation they deserve. We want our artists to be able to experience new things and reach legendary heights. These artists will be able to express themselves through their music and their listeners will be able to experience their culture without even getting on a plane. Our listeners will be able to sit back and enjoy the rhythms and scents of another world just by popping in a CD.

We believe that talent has been given to influence but we also believe that leaders are born to guide. LegendFactory provides a support system for our managers so they can guide their artists with confidence and precision. The entertainment industry is a maze of twist and turns but we want our clients to be able to leave behind an unforgettable mark and recognizable contribution to the arts.

Musaic Management Group was established in 2000 under the unblinking eye of the company’s CEO and founder Amanda “Precise” McIntyre-Chavis. Both parents being well respected Jazz & Blues musicians in the business, she was exposed to the likes of Lester Bowie, Jimmy Heath, Dizzy Gillespie and various other influential musicians in their own right. World music and a melting pot of various other types of music were a huge influence in her household, something she would strongly embrace throughout her childhood into her adulthood. Amanda went on to play piano, guitar, violin, trombone and lastly ending up as a vocal major in Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music and Art.

Wanting to fill the entertainment industry’s growing void of representation with a creative background, she set out to build her business sense. After enrolling as a Media Art major at Long Island University, Amanda enlisted in multiple internships with major record labels and publications such as Sony Entertainment, Polygram Records, J Records and VIBE magazine. After paying her dues, she went on to work on paid artist development projects for Loud Records, Warner Music Group, Def Jam, Universal and BMG. Amanda has also had the pleasure of working with actress/rapper Queen Latifah, actor Wesley Snipes, Sum 41, Alicia Keys, Busta Rhymes, P.O.D, Pink, M.O.P, Three Six Mafia and other globally known artists. Amanda was voted by Star Entrepreneur Magazine “The most connected upcoming entrepreneur in the business.”

She currently works for EMI/Capitol Music Group as an executive in Mechanical Licensing and has expanded Musaic, now consulting other management firms and artist development entities in strategic marketing. Through Musaic, she also licenses music for televisions, film and gaming. Combining all of her experiences, she has constructed a balanced development regiment beneficial to all of the artists and executives housed under Musaic Management Group. MMG also specializes in management consultation for independent management companies and has launched LegendFactory, a new experiential division, early 2010.
